Job Description
Role Overview: As an ERP Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive sales of ERP solutions to clients across various industries. This will involve identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose the most suitable ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients and generate leads using various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. - Engage with potential clients to comprehend their business needs, challenges, and goals, and present and demonstrate ERP solutions that meet their requirements. - Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. - Negotiate sales agreements" terms and conditions and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for ERP solutions. - Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project delivery. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status in the CRM system, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. - Stay updated on the latest ERP solutions, industry developments, and competitor offerings to offer the best advice and solutions to clients. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in ERP sales or software sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of ERP systems and software, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a strong ability to close deals. - Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads, opportunities, and client interactions. - Strong customer relationship management skills, focusing on understanding client needs and providing customized solutions. - Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
