Job Description
Role Overview: As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Zalaris, you will play a key role in supporting the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team across multiple European countries. This position provides an excellent opportunity for you to enhance your expertise in compensation structures, benefits administration, and market benchmarking within an international HR outsourcing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing and administering compensation and benefits programs across multiple European countries. - Oversee global benchmarking to refine salary bands and incentive structures. - Maintain compensation-related data in HR systems and ensure accurate reporting. - Stay updated on European labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits. - Analyze and visualize compensation and benefits data using Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools to support decision-making. - Develop dashboards and reports for executive leadership and Compensation Committees on key metrics, trends, and insights. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or a related function (internship experience is also valued). - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and visualization. - Basic knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking tools, and benefits administration. - Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights through dashboards and reports. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment. - Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
