Your key responsibilities include: - Running Distribution Requirement Planning process - Defining and updating stock parameters to achieve service level objectives - Managing the purchase order portfolio and analyzing stock discrepancies - Ensuring MRP execution in ERP for replenishment - Converting PR to PO through ERP batch job at Vendor-Material Level - Addressing MRP Exceptions and coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries - Managing Customer Requests Workflows - Recording Purchase Orders Acknowledgement, Advance Shipping Notification, and resolving invoice discrepancies - Analyzing stock availability and taking corrective actions to maintain stock control - Defining default transportation mode and managing transportation workflows - Acting as the primary contact for suppliers and collaborating with various teams for effective production scheduling, forecast validation, MRP parameter optimization, stock discrepancy analysis, and shipment tracking - Actively participating in SIM2 and being a Key-User of the SC&P Domain (SCM) Qualifications required for this role include a B.E. in EEE/Mech with relevant experience in Planning, preferably 5 to 8 years.
