Required Skills & Experience: - 3 Years Experience in Data Modeling, Machine Learning & AI. - Machine Learning & AI: Hands-on experience with NLP pipelines, LLMs, embeddings, intent classification, speech analytics, or recommendation systems. - Data Engineering: Skilled in building ETL pipelines, data wrangling, feature extraction, and data visualization from large datasets (structured and unstructured). - Statistical Analysis & Experimentation: Experience in hypothesis testing, A/B experiments, causal inference, or clinical outcome analysis. - Programming: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch), SQL, and APIs for data integration. - Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker), data lakes, and distributed computing frameworks. - Security & Privacy: Understanding of data encryption, secure storage, and compliance frameworks related to PHI/PII. - Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Experience with healthcare datasets, patient data, or compliance requirements like HIPAA or SOC2 is preferred. - Communication & Collaboration: Ability to explain data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, work across product, engineering, and clinical teams. - Problem Solving & Curiosity: Strong analytical mindset with a passion for deriving insights from complex data and designing models that drive user experience improvements.
