Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). - Battle-tested experience as a financial data analyst, ideally in fintech or financial services. - Tech-savvy with expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools like Power BI. - Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. - Stellar communication skills to convey complex financial concepts in a digestible manner. - A collaborative spirit ready to thrive in cross-functional teams.
