Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **2D Draughting and Rendering:** You will be tasked with producing accurate and high-quality 2D architectural drawings and renderings for industrial projects. - **3D Modelling:** Utilize 3D modelling techniques, particularly Revit, to create realistic representations of architectural designs for better understanding by project stakeholders. - **Coordination for Drafts and Models:** Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, civil, and MEP designs to develop comprehensive project plans. - **Collaborate with Senior Architects:** Understand project requirements and contribute to the development of design concepts from inception to final execution. - **Documentation:** Ensure compliance of all architectural documents with industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations. - **Document Management:** Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, models, and specifications in an organized and accessible manner. To excel in this role, you are required to have expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD and the AutoCAD Architecture toolset for 2D draughting, proficiency in 3D modelling and BIM software like Revit, and a solid understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and material specifications.
