Job Description
As an experienced Odoo Developer with over 4 years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Odoo applications. Your deep expertise in Odoo framework customization, module development, and system integrations will be crucial for the successful execution of the following key responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and features across various Odoo versions (preferably v13 and above). - Customize existing Odoo applications to meet specific business requirements. - Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and scalability. - Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation. - Collaborate with functional consultants, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. - Manage Odoo server environments, configurations, and deployments (Odoo.sh / on-premise / Docker). - Migrate data and modules between Odoo versions. - Mentor junior developers and review their code for best practices and standards. To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4-7 years of experience in Odoo development (backend & frontend). - Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and module inheritance. - Knowledge of Linux environments, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of Odoo's functional modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, CRM). - Strong debugging and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred: - Experience with multi-company/multi-currency implementations. - Exposure to frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React) is an added advantage.
