As the Physical Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10+ individuals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the team engaged in Synthesis, Physical Design, timing, and Physical closure - Supervise a large team comprising internal and external resources - Ensure timely completion of the SOC chip with high Quality of Results (QOR) - Perform physical implementation at block level and subsystem level - Contribute to Synthesis, Power Reduction, Timing Convergence Floorplan efforts of block and subsystem **Preferred Experience:** - Demonstrated success in managing Physical Design (PD) teams for complex SOC projects - Profound understanding and hands-on experience in all Physical Design activities for a leading technology SOC ASIC chip - Proficiency in management, technical problem-solving, communication, and presentation - Excellent team player capable of effective collaboration with partner teams - Familiarity with Front-End design, DFX, and Physical Design Flows - Expertise in various PNR tools like Synopsys ICC2, ICC, Design Compiler, PrimeTime, StarRC, Mentor Graphics Calibre, Apache Redhawk - Experience in Physical Implementation tasks such as Power-plan, Synthesis, Placement, CTS, Timing Closure, Routing, Extraction, DRC LVS, Crosstalk Analysis, EM/IR - Hands-on involvement in 7nm and sub-7nm projects - Proficient in Full Chip Floorplaning, PNR Partitioning, and Bump Placement - Knowledge in Low power and high-performance design - Accountable for timely delivery of block-level layouts with exceptional quality - Strong self-driving ability, problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement - Exceptional written and oral communication skills **Academic Credentials:** - BE/B.Tech/ME/M.TECH or equivalent in ECE/EEE - Minimum of 12 years of experience in Physical Design with at least 3 years of experience in people management,
