Job Description
**Role Overview:** You will be joining Revolut's Compliance team as a Risk Manager Intern, where you will actively participate in model validation, data integrity checks, and risk assessment processes. Your role will involve working with innovative AI and machine learning models to identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the financial and operational stability of Revolut. The team focuses on regulatory compliance and finding scalable ways to manage conduct risk in a fast-paced digital environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Play an active role in model validation and data integrity checks on innovative AI and machine learning models. - Assist in critical data analysis and risk assessment tasks to enhance the accuracy of Revolut's models. - Collaborate with experienced risk managers and data scientists on meaningful projects that improve Revolut's risk frameworks. - Develop a foundational understanding of quantitative risk management tools and methodologies. - Contribute to the implementation of robust risk controls to protect Revolut's financial health. **Qualifications Required:** - In your penultimate year of a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, economics, finance, maths, physics, or a related field (graduating in 2027). - Possess basic data-handling and analytical skills, particularly in Excel or similar tools. - Willingness to learn programming fundamentals in Python. - Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Full-time availability for Summer 2026 and the ability to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment as this is a hybrid role. **Additional Company Details:** Revolut is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and has launched a Diversity & Inclusion Framework to support this initiative.
