Ensuring a hands-on learning experience through project-based learning methods and staying updated with the latest trends in BIM and construction design technologies are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, supporting CADCENTER's marketing efforts by participating in seminars, webinars, and workshops, along with collaborating with other trainers and technical staff to maintain quality standards, will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Civil CAD and BIM software. - Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and project assignments. - Provide academic guidance and resolve student queries. - Evaluate and assess student progress through practical assignments and exams. - Ensure students receive hands-on experience through project-based learning. - Stay updated with the latest trends in BIM and construction design technologies. - Support CADCENTER marketing efforts through seminars, webinars, and workshops. - Collaborate with other trainers and technical staff to maintain quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or related discipline. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and STAAD.Pro. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Teaching or mentoring experience preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Passion for education and student development.
