Job Description
  Develop and execute the sales strategy for Prime LAP products (large ticket LAP) in the Indore region and surrounding areas. Achieve disbursement and revenue targets for Prime LAP within region onboard new customers, channels and broker networks. Expand and manage a strong network of channel partners (brokers, DSAs, real-estate consultants, banks) focused on high-value LAP deals. Build, lead and motivate the regional sales team; set key performance indicators, coach & monitor performance. Analyse market trends, competitive offerings, pricing, customer segments and identify new growth opportunities in Prime LAP.
