Key Responsibilities: - Study and understand project quality and documentation requirements from project brief - Prepare project and quality plans for ongoing projects - Create document lists based on project scope, timeline, and quality plan - Inform relevant departments about documentation and quality needs - Collect, review, modify, and approve procurement, installation, commissioning, qualification, validation, and handover documents - Track document availability, correctness, and approvals - Prepare qualification and validation document requirements - Maintain document history and change logs - Verify documents for numbering, formats, approvals, etc. - Coordinate with clients for document approvals - Follow up on site activities documentation - Prepare work plan and work hour list for new HVAC projects - Allocate workload to team members - Coordinate with project management on client queries and documentation timelines - Review and approve workload and deliverables of subordinates - Ensure department reports are updated timely - Organize documents in data management system as per project requirements Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of HVAC, clean room construction, flooring, piping, utilities, production equipment, and electrical systems - Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi - Self-motivated and target-oriented - Capable of drafting SOPs aligned with GMP requirements - Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills - Proficient with spreadsheets and document tracking tools - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - High accuracy in documentation and effective time management,
