As a Project Lead for Forcepoint DLP at Wipro Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of DLP/DRM processes, specifically with Forcepoint and Seclore technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and ensuring the uptime of all Forcepoint DLP components such as the management server, policy servers, and endpoint agents. - Validating communication between Forcepoint components and endpoints. - Reviewing system logs for errors or warnings and taking corrective actions. - Ensuring that DLP policies are correctly applied and functioning as intended. - Managing DLP agent installation, upgrades, and performance across endpoints. - Creating, configuring, and deploying DLP and DRM policies. - Investigating DLP/DRM incidents, eliminating false positives/negatives, and tracking incidents to closure within defined SLAs. - Documenting incidents for risk mitigation and compliance and generating detailed incident investigation reports. - Administering DRM policies, ensuring effective deployment, managing user access, and endpoint configuration. - Supporting integration with other security platforms and providing reporting and audit support. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8-9 years of experience in DLP/DRM operations, preferably with Forcepoint and Seclore. - Strong understanding of data protection principles and compliance requirements. - Experience in policy creation, optimization, incident management, and familiarity with SIEM tools and integration workflows. - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Strong documentation and reporting capabilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Data Loss Prevention - Vontu for 5-8 years is mandatory for this position.
