Job Description
As a high-energy and proactive individual, you will be responsible for leading outdoor marketing, event partnerships, and model scouting initiatives. This hybrid role requires experience in the hospitality, nightlife, or model/talent management industry. Key Responsibilities: - Venue Partnerships & Business Development - Identify and onboard premium venues such as restaurants, bars, lounges, and clubs. - Negotiate exclusive collaborations, deals, and long-term event hosting partnerships. - Conduct regular outreach, field visits, and in-person meetings with venue owners/managers. - Outdoor Marketing & Brand Activations - Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility. - Manage logistics with vendors, including Mode K scooters, promoters, etc. - Coordinate cross-brand partnerships for co-branded promotions and pop-ups. - Model Scouting & Talent Coordination - Scout, approach, and onboard promotional models, influencers, and talent for events. - Maintain relationships with model agencies, freelance promoters, and brand ambassadors. - Coordinate appearances and talent bookings for shoots, activations, and high-profile events. - Event Planning & Execution - Oversee event logistics from ideation to execution. - Coordinate with venues, talent, vendors, and internal teams. - Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and ensure successful delivery of campaigns/events. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in business development, event marketing, or model/talent scouting. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Strong network in the hospitality and fashion/modeling industries. - Willingness to be on the field, attend events, and scout talent actively. - Confidence in pitching brand concepts and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.,
