Job Description
As a Senior EDI Oracle Specialist, your role involves leading and managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and integrations within Oracle ERP systems. Your focus will be on handling customer and supplier transactions, data transformation, and eCommerce gateway management to ensure seamless business operations across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - Manage EDI transactions such as ORDERS (Purchase Orders), ORDCHG (Order Change), DESADV (Dispatch Advice), DELJIT (Delivery Just-in-Time), INVOIC (Invoices), and other relevant EDIFACT/X12 messages as per business needs. - Handle end-to-end EDI processes for key transaction sets including configuring and maintaining Oracle EDI Gateway, ensuring accurate mapping between EDI standards and Oracle applications. - Collaborate with external trading partners to onboard and maintain EDI connectivity, resolve communication and transaction issues promptly. - Implement robust data transformation logic for inbound and outbound transactions, ensuring compliance with global EDI standards and partner-specific requirements. - Support integration of eCommerce platforms with Oracle ERP for automated order processing, proactively monitor EDI transactions, and resolve errors to maintain SLA compliance. - Maintain detailed documentation for mappings, workflows, and partner specifications. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Oracle EDI Gateway, Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite or Fusion). - Expertise in EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12) and transaction sets (ORDERS, ORDCHG, DESADV, DELJIT, INVOIC). - Proficiency in data transformation tools, mapping, and integration frameworks. - Knowledge of communication protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP, VAN). - Familiarity with eCommerce integration and supplier/customer onboarding. - Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on experience with Oracle B2B Gateway, SOA Suite, and Integration Cloud (OIC). - Proficiency in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and mapping tools. - Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, XML, and Java for customizations.,
