Job Description

As a Store Manager & Sales Executive at our clothing retail store located in Avinashi byepass, your main responsibility will be to independently manage the store operations, from welcoming customers and making sales to handling stock and daily operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, sales, and taking on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing products effectively.
- Strive to achieve daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to the store's success.
- Manage store operations efficiently, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure proper maintenance of stock levels, arrange attractive product displays, and keep the store clean and organized.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, with a preference for clothing retail.
- Possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and take charge of managing the store single-handedly.
