Job Description

Role Overview:
You are a GenAI Copywriter at OLIVER, a specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. As part of The Brandtech Group, you will be leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to revolutionize how content is created and delivered for premium beauty and luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling narratives and copy using Gen AI tools
- Maintain distinctive brand voices while utilizing AI tools to enhance creative output
- Develop innovative approaches to AI-assisted copywriting
- Write across multiple formats and channels including social media, digital advertising, website content, email marketing, long-form articles, brand storytelling, product descriptions, and campaign concepts
- Master Gen AI writing tools and platforms to optimize AI-generated copy for brand voice
- Create content that resonates with luxury and beauty audiences and ensures emotional connection in AI-enhanced writing
- Implement successful campaign work and track writing quality excellence, AI implementation effectiveness, content performance, and innovation in approach
- Produce campaign concepts, social content calendars, digital advertising copy, website content, editorial content, brand guidelines, and training documentation

Qualifications Required:
- 4-7 years of copywriting experience with a proven track record in beauty or luxury sectors
- Portfolio demonstrating premium writing capability and experience with Gen AI writing tools
- Technical skills in advanced Gen AI prompt engineering, AI content optimization, SEO, digital content best practices, content management systems, and social media platforms
- Expertise in adapting tone for premium brands, beauty/luxury language, emotional storytelling, and multilayered messaging capabilities
- Strong editorial judgment, grammar, attention to detail, and understanding of regulatory requirements
- Ability to conduct trend analysis, develop audience insights, analyze competition, optimize performance, and maintain cultural relevance
- Personal qualities include creative thinking, problem-solving ability, adaptability, innovation focus, and collaborative mindset
- Project management skills in timeline management, stakeholder communication, process optimization, quality control, and workflow efficiency
