As a driven and experienced Duty Manager (Sales) at a wellness outlet, your role involves supporting overall operations and sales functions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing front-line teams, overseeing guest interactions, and ensuring a seamless experience in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, sales acumen, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced wellness or hospitality environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Achieving individual and outlet-level sales and revenue targets
- Actively engaging in lobby activities, walk-ins, upselling, and cross-selling
- Supporting and supervising staff during shifts
- Managing daily operational tasks
- Upholding company policies and SOPs
- Monitoring daily cash flow and customer footfall
- Coordinating with the Spa/Operations Manager for promotional campaigns
- Ensuring inventory availability
- Maintaining high guest satisfaction
- Enforcing health, hygiene, and safety standards
- Coordinating outlet upkeep
- Preparing shift handovers and daily reports
- Ensuring operational excellence at all times
**Qualifications Required:**
- 2-3 years of experience in the Wellness, Beauty, and Hospitality industry
- Good knowledge in Sales and Marketing
This full-time, permanent position offers benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule will include day shifts with weekend availability. The salary ranges from 2.5 to 3.6 LPA plus incentives with earning potential of 2,000 - 50,000 per month.
