Job Description
    As an RTR Expert in Finance, your role involves managing and executing daily Record to Report activities to ensure timely financial reporting and compliance, particularly during Month-End Close processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing daily RTR activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to timelines, especially during MEC. - Conducting month-end close activities within designated timelines, such as Subledger Reconciliation, Crest Reporting, FX Revaluation, Interface Close, GL Close, and CM Close. - Handling periodic/ad-hoc report requests from customers, including DSO, DPO, Volume Analysis, and Account Analysis. - Managing Fixed Asset processes, including Addition, Retirement, Depreciation, Reconciliation, Adjustments, and Evaluation. - Performing balance sheet Reconciliation, analysis, and follow-up on open items. - Ensuring strict adherence to Control and Compliance standards. - Proactively working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and issues. - Identifying and sharing best practices within the team and working on continuous improvement initiatives. - Performing clerical accounting duties, reconciling and posting transactions to the general ledger. - Meeting process control requirements and providing samples to internal and external auditors. - Delivering a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services. - Collaborating with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners. - Flagging any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner. - Coordinating with relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service. - Contributing as a subject matter expert in problem-solving and process improvement. - Collaborating with business partners to enhance processes and identify best practices. - Assisting staff in resolving complex issues, maintaining thorough process documentation, and ensuring quality control. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Advanced degrees or certifications such as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountancy are advantageous but not mandatory. - 3-5 years of experience with a focus on RTR processes or financial reporting. - Good knowledge in MS Office. - Strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles. - Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) - Preferred. - Detail-oriented with good logical reasoning skills. - High level of customer centricity.,
