Job Description

As a skilled and proactive SAP PP & QM Functional Expert, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in manufacturing and quality management operations by designing, optimizing, and supporting SAP solutions related to Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). Your role will involve working at the intersection of technology and business to enhance operational efficiency, system reliability, and user satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design and configuration of SAP PP & QM modules to support evolving business requirements
- Design and configure new functionalities in SAP PP & QM to meet business needs
- Create functional specifications and maintain clear process documentation
- Conduct system testing and guide user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with SAP Basis and technical teams for system performance and integration

- Act as a trusted partner to the business, translating operational challenges into SAP solutions that support manufacturing and quality goals
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Support project planning and contribute to project execution
- Stay current with SAP best practices and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support integration with tools such as PLM, Galileo, and MES, and leverage variant configuration capabilities

- Ensure reliable system usage and empower users through effective support and knowledge transfer
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting and resolution of issues, including ServiceNow ticket handling
- Deliver training to end-users to ensure confident use of SAP PP & QM features
- Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across teams for long-term support

**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in SAP PP & QM configuration and implementation
- 3+ years experience in Production tools like Galileo, MES or PLM is a plus
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management principles, including variant configurator understanding
- Proficiency in SAP configuration, master data setup, and integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- SAP certification in PP and/or QM is a plus but not mandatory,
