As a Software Support Executive at the leading IT Company, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Be an active part of the Client Delivery or Client Monitoring Team and provide end-to-end internal and external implementation support for iDentixweb Pvt. Ltd.
- Provide customer support through live chat, call, mail, and remote session channels
- Conduct product training sessions for clients
- Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction for the support provided
- Possess knowledge in email systems, web applications, and e-commerce
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly
- Offer technical support to clients as and when required
- Manage the ticketed query system efficiently
- Be self-motivated and willing to work in rotational shifts with overtime
- Display enthusiasm and eagerness to learn new things related to work, proactively engaging in self-training
- Ensure high availability when needed
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve queries
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of your work
Qualifications required for the role:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript would be beneficial
