Job Description

Key responsibilities

Lead generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and identify their needs.
Sales and conversion: Persuade customers to purchase products or services by explaining features and benefits, and follow up to close sales.
Target achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Customer relationship management: Maintain and update customer databases and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Customer service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and provide excellent customer service.
Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services and industry trends.
