Job Description

As a Winter Intern at Bridge Counsels, you will be part of a selective offline program designed for ambitious and future-ready law students in Delhi NCR. The program focuses on providing Fractional General Counsel services to startups and growth-stage companies, acting as their strategic legal partner in areas such as contracts, governance, DPDP compliance, AI-law advisory, business risk alignment, and legal-led decision support for founders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience in drafting contracts including founders agreements, ESOPs, NDAs, vendor & SaaS contracts
- Work on governance & compliance tasks related to DPDP Rules, MCA processes, and internal corporate policies
- Dive into AI & technology law by working on data governance, regulatory analysis, and risk mapping
- Learn about VC-readiness workflows such as due-diligence preparation, compliance checklists, and data-room structure
- Provide strategic advisory support through internal notes, issue-spotting, and founder-aligned insights
- Engage in content creation activities including legal updates, structured research pieces, and policy summaries

Qualifications Required:
- 4th or 5th-year law students
- Strong drafting skills in contracts, notices, and structured research writing
- Clear and confident written & verbal communication abilities
- Professional attire, conduct & discipline
- Interest in corporate, technology, DPDP, and startup law
- Ability to develop structured content like briefs, insights, and policy notes
- Curiosity for understanding how legal strategy supports business growth through the Fractional General Counsel services model
