- Possess Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
- Utilize expertise in GXP and Pharma background
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
- Showcase problem-solving abilities
- Exhibit excellent planning and organizational skills

Qualifications Required:
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certified
- Minimum 12 years of experience managing multiple Scrum teams
- Safe Certification with experience in GXP and Pharma background
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience
