Senior Consultant - Accounting & Tax

Job Description

As a premier corporate and professional service provider, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding associates to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. You will monitor and uphold quality standards in all deliverables, fostering strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and drive service improvements. Your role will also involve preparing regular reports on client status, team performance, and key service metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide associates to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor and uphold quality standards in all deliverables as per organizational benchmarks.
- Foster and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and drive service improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on client status, team performance, and key service metrics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree or professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA will be an advantage).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, BPS (Business Process Solutions), or professional services environments.
- Proficient in IFRS, VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance, with excellent communication skills.,
