As a member of the Titanium and Gold Large Customer Sales (LCS) Support Team within gTech Ads Customer Support organization, you will have the opportunity to work in your preferred location among Wrocaw, Poland; Gurugram, Haryana, India; Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management, consulting, or a client-facing role. Proficiency in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.) is a requirement for this role.
Ideally, you should possess an MBA or an advanced degree in Management, Business, or a related field. It is preferred that you have 3 years of experience in managing projects, working with analytics or SQL, and 3 years in a client-facing role. Experience in operations management, such as process improvement, operational reviews, and optimizing workflows, would be desirable. Knowledge and background in policy customer support would be considered an advantage.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Offering exceptional customer service to advertisers, sales teams, agencies, and partners
- Resolving issues with deep product expertise to solve technical challenges
- Driving product feature enhancements through partner feedback
- Analyzing data to identify root causes of issues
- Developing action plans for operational improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and address customer pain points effectively
