Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and sourcing teams to prepare and finalize prototype BOMs.
- Validate part numbers, quantities, descriptions, and sourcing data.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for part availability, lead times, and alternatives.
- Track BOM revisions and maintain version control throughout the prototype development lifecycle.
- Support engineering change orders (ECOs) and BOM updates as designs evolve.
- Work with PLM systems to input and manage BOM data.
- Ensure alignment of prototype BOMs with cost targets, build schedules, and with the manufacturing team.
- Assist in resolving part discrepancies or supply issues during prototype builds.

Qualifications:
- B.E. / Diploma in Mech or Automobile.

Essential Skills:
- Sound knowledge in automotive processes, vehicle build knowledge, BIW, and assembly experience.
- Experience with CATIA and NPDM.

Desired Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Negotiation skills.

Experience:
- 3-7 years.
