Job Description

As a Vertex BD CAD Professional at Evolusion, your role will involve providing support and backup to senior staff on various projects. You will collaborate with in-house structural engineers to create Vertex-based building details and prepare codes and assembly drawings for manufacturing clients. Effective coordination and communication with manufacturing clients will be essential, along with the development and maintenance of BIM models using Vertex.

Your key responsibilities will also include conducting project-related research, preparing structural details and documentation as required, and assisting other team members in various company-related tasks. It will be crucial to maintain strict file management and naming conventions in accordance with the Evolusion ISO management system and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for uploading, publishing, and downloading information from shared platforms such as Procore, 4Projects, etc., and recording and tracking billable hours daily.

To excel in this role, the preferred qualifications include a degree in Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred), strong English communication skills, a minimum of 5 years of experience in CAD drafting using Vertex BD, and experience working on residential or commercial projects.
