Buyer Agency Agreement
Not too many years ago there were no buyer’s agents.
All real estate agents were considered to work for the
sellers and owed them loyalty. Buyers may have thought an
agent represented them. In reality, that wasn’t true. For
instance, if a seller asked how much the buyer could really
pay, the agent was obligated to tell them.
Fortunately, that has all changed. Now we can truly
represent you, giving you complete “fiduciary duty”:
obedience and confidentiality (just like your lawyer).
What’s more, you get to choose which great agent or team
you want as your buyer representative: We hope it’s
Strategic Partners!
To confirm your choice, you simple need to authorize the
buyer agency agreement.
Step Two: How Much House
      Can You Afford?
You look at the right homes!
Eliminate wasted time looking at homes
under or over your price range.

You get the best financing terms!
With no rush, you can shop for the best
terms and a loan officer you’re
               comfortable with.

            You make a stronger offer!
You could miss a great opportunity waiting
                to get pre-approval.

            Limit surprises!
You know about how much cash you will
                need for down payments, closing
costs, pre-payables, etc. Do we need to
                ask for seller concessions?
Step Three: Buyer Profile
How we make home shopping easier for you!

1. Your home-buying criteria are entered into our custom search protocol.

2. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our computers scan the Internet looking
for matches to your Ideal Home criteria.

3. Your matches, along with photographs and property details, will be sent
     directly to your Customer Portal.

4. When you find a home you would like to see, just contact us. We will
arrange your showings and accompany you on all appointments.

                           We put YOU in control!
