Summary
● Quality Intelligence is about gathering and transforming data into something useful for our
stakeholders
● One big part of gathering data is testing and summarizing test results
● Another big part is gathering input from the Business Performance, Customer Support, Incident
Management, Product Monitoring Tools, and other relevant information sources
● Finally we must transform this gathered data into something that makes sense to our
stakeholders, and which will help them in their decision-making
○ It is very important to set the stakeholders’ needs first - we are gathering and transforming
data for them, not for ourselves
○ When evaluating the impact or value of a piece of information - always take the
stakeholder’s perspective, not your own
● Once we have transformed the data we must share this data with our stakeholders in the most
efficient way
