Insert a 1-line header that is aligned to the left that includes your name, class period and assignment name. a. EXAMPLE: Jane Smith, Period 1, “20 Questions” 4. Starting on the first line of the document, type the answers (in complete sentences) to the questions provided in the opposite side of this page. Number your answers. Do not type the questions. 5.
