Olga Shikhantsova

Olga joined Speedinvest in March 2021 with a focus on seed Fintech.

Before joining Speedinvest, Olga ran Fintech investments at Target Global out of the Berlin office, investing across early and growth stages in Europe and Israel. There she gained a track record of 15 new investments over three and a half years, including names like Rapyd, Zego, Kuda, and Copper.

Before Target Global, Olga covered Fintech for the funds Finsight Ventures and Binomial Ventures, both based in Moscow. 

Olga holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics & Finance in a joint program between the Higher School of Economics and LSE. She graduated with honors in the top 5% of her class.

In her spare time, Olga enjoys tennis (both playing and watching), traveling, sailing, music and singing.
