Luxurious Upscale Night Club/Dance Club

My space is a gentleman's club in NJ. The outside of the club has an immense entrance with pillars and a large painted stairway. This stairway leads up to the main entrance. You enter into the club through double doors, the doors are a luxurious wood encasing frosted glass. The first set of double doors will lead you to the reception area with a beautiful chandelier and coat room set off to the side. Then through another set of double doors into the luxurious club. The main bar area is centered around the three main stages that are located inside the bar area, accessible by steps at the entrance to the bar. The large black granite bar circles around these three stages. The lighting in this area is both stage lighting as well as under bar LED lighting on both the inside and outside of the bar. Bar stools surround the outside of the bar and 6 large oval mirrors encompass the main stage area walls. There are four large TV's in each corner of this section. The ceilings are exposed metal beams and the walls have a dark purple raised pattern wallpaper with long luxurious drapery and frosted sconce lighting. This area is carpeted with a taupe color rug designed with champagne bubbles. Located to the right is the side stage, this area has 2 stages with chair seating and a granite ledge for drinks around both stages. There are stairs on each side of the stage for access. Lining the walls on either sides of the stages are VIP booth seating- 3 on each side. Each booth has a large leather booth style seat across from a granite table top as well as a glass table with flower arrangement, in each of the 6 sections. This area has lighted rock walls and changing LED stair lights as well as stage lighting. There are 4 TV's in this section. There are two raised areas that over look the main stage area. One is used as a VIP seating area equipped with couches and ottomans as well as LED lighted granite tables and large mirrors on the walls. The other section has couch seating and a Pool table. Each one of these areas has 3 TV's. Then you are lead down a long sconce lite hallway to the private dance area. There is a large glass door at the end of the hallway used as a VIP entrance. One side has 12 semi private couch rooms. Each room has a couch and is separated by half walls and long beads with up lighting. The other side of this area has 2 private rooms used for VIP champagne room. These rooms have 3 walls and the fourth being a beaded wall. There are mirrors, dim lighting and flower arrangements through out this area giving it a very luxurious feeling. Located on the back of the property, accessible from the ramp in the parking lot or from inside the club, is a large covered deck/patio. There are two fountains one in each corner of the large stamped concrete patio. There are 6 bistro tables with metal chairs and ample lighting. The club also has 2 offices, one is a typical office and the other is an apartment with an office and private bathroom, a raised state of the art DJ booth, full service kitchen on premises and customer bathrooms with granite, tin ceilings, cooper and hammered metal sinks as well as a dressing room equipped with lockers and private smoking area. This is a beautiful club with ample parking that photographs extremely well. It is located with in 10 minutes from both Pennsylvania and Delaware and is easily accessible from 295 and NJ turnpike.
