7 (seven) is a number, a digit and a symbol representing a number. This is a natural number that follows 6 and precedes 8. It is an integer and the cardinal number, ie the number that is used for counting. In addition, it is classified as a real number, which distinguishes it from imaginary numbers.

At first, various Hindus wrote 7 more or less with one stroke similar to a curve reminiscent of the main J with the upside down. The main contribution of the western Ghubar Arabs is to make the longer line diagonal than straight, although they showed some tendencies in order to make the character more understandable. The eastern Arabs developed a hexagon-type character in the uppercase V-look-alike.
