Apple Inc. designed and released the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max smartphones. They are the fifteenth-generation iPhone’s flagship smartphones, following the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max. They will be launched on September 24, 2021, after being announced on September 14, 2021. On September 14, 2021, the devices were introduced with the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini during an Apple Special Event in Cupertino, California.

Improved cameras and computational photography (particularly the ultra-wide), a new A15 Bionic system on a chip, and a changeable 120 Hz refresh rate display branded as ProMotion are among the major enhancements over its predecessor.

On September 14, 2021, Apple officially introduced the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, as well as the 9th generation iPad, 6th generation iPad Mini, Apple Watch Series 7, iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini, at a virtual press event filmed and recorded at Apple Park in Cupertino, California. Pre-orders will commence at 5:00 a.m. PST on September 17th. The iPhone 13 Pro starts at US$999 and the iPhone 13 Pro Max starts at US$1099, the same as prior models.

Silver, Graphite, Gold, and Sierra Blue are the four colors available for the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max. Sierra Blue, which replaces Pacific Blue, is a new hue, whereas Graphite is a rebranding of Space Grey.

The iPhone 13 Pro, unlike the iPhone 13 / 13 Mini, features an Apple-designed A15 Bionic CPU with an extra GPU core for a total of 5 GPU cores. The iPhone 13 / 13 Mini, on the other hand, only has a four-core GPU.

The iPhone 13 Pro has a 6.1-inch screen, while the iPhone 13 Pro Max has a 6.7-inch screen. Both models include the Super Retina XDR OLED display, as well as ProMotion variable refresh rate displays for the first time in an iPhone.

iOS 15 comes preinstalled on the iPhone 13 Pro.
