Mega Gardevoir can reach a staggering 5,101 CP, boasting a huge 326 attack stat, demonstrating its prowess in battle. Plus, this 'mon gets a nice boost in cloudy and windy weather.
It's also worth considering the Shadow Gardevoir if you don't have access to a Mega Gardevoir, as that additional 20% damage you cause can make a real difference in battle.
