So don’t go too heavy, isolate the shoulders and aim for ~8 reps 2) Lateral to Frontal Raises - Again one of the spicy ones where form should come first instead of strength! Go light-moderate! Aim for 6-8 reps controlled and slow! 3) Neutral Press with Iso Hold - The isometric gold works the ‘non working’ arm whilst the other arm is repping out for 6-8 reps. Ensure to swap leading arms with each set! 4) Lateral Raise Pulses - AKA the evilest lateral raises plus add a Dropset for extra spice 🥵 Aim for higher reps since the movement is small. Focus on 12-15 reps before lowering the weight and aiming to hit failure on the Dropset! 5) Bent
