Lemon Poke Cake 1 yellow cake mix (plus ingredients on the back of the box: oil, eggs, water) Lemon instant pudding (3.4 ounce) 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 1 large lemon (juiced) 2 cups of heavy whipping cream 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar Lemon wafer cookies (crushed) Directions: Mix yellow cake mix according to package directions adding the lemon instant pudding.
