And can I tell you this kid cannot stop talking about this freaking pork chop. She's like mom you gotta make it. Mommy you gotta make it. So I'm trying to replicate this pork chop that she had at a good restaurant. And mind you the pork chop was forty-five one pork chop was $45. Okay? So I'm actually I bought pork chops today and they were two for like $5 nice stick paw chops too for like $5 and change. I am going to make eight of them for twenty bucks. So come with me and let's go make my daughter's favorite pork chop. I want to even show you what I have as a station over here. We have flour with salt and pepper. We have egg with salt and pepper. And then we have the bread crumb mixture which is half panko, half four C seasoned, then I put shredded palm, I put fresh parsley, salt and pepper and some pecorino Romano. So, this is the golden ticket that's going to make it amazing right here. When you get the pork chop, what I like to do is I like to put a few cuts on the side over here through the fat because if you don't do that, they'll curl up on you when you're trying to fry them. So, you just have to put like some slits through the fat over here and they'll stay nice and flat for you. So, now, what we're going to do is we're going to put in the flour first like a then you do the egg like this and then you do the bread crumb with the Parmesan cheese and you squish down, okay? Don't be like, you know, scared of your food, alright? You're the boss, not the food and press down nice and make sure you coat it beautiful. I'm going to put on the side and I'm going to do the same for all my pork chops in a large skillet, coat with extra virgin olive oil, some butter, and then over here, I have some parsley parsley stem. Don't throw in your parsley. I can't say the word today. Parsley stems and rosemary stick in here. We're going to get this some flavor. We're going to get the beautiful pork chop and we're going to sear it on both sides. And then nice and golden on both sides. We're going to put it on a cooking sheet. We're just going to do the rest like this. Put them all out after I sear them. Now, we're going to I clean the pan. I'm going to put extra virgin olive oil again, another spring of flavor, a jar of cherry peppers, okay? So, I am going to put cherry peppers and sets of butter melted in there and some white wine. Put your some chicken stock salt. All that's cooking together, we're going to make that cook for like five minutes so it thickens up a little bit. I'm going to put on top of these pork chops. Let me open this. Gonna put some shredded parmesan like this. Some shredded mozzarella on top. I'm going to put this under the broiler so all the cheese melts, okay? Cuz here we go. Look at these pork chops, okay? I mean, look at that. They're beautiful. Wait til we put the juice on top. Mmm. Holy **** You guys now, look at that. We pour these juices all over the pork chops. Made my delicious potato salads with string beans and red onion. That's going on the side of my pork chop tonight. So I put a little bit. A misalada. Beautiful potato salad. So now we grab a pork chop. Put on the plate over here. I gotta get some of these juices. Hold on. Let me get a scoop. So we get some of this. We put it on top. Just like that. Mm. Hey guys. Let's get into this. Look at that. Look at this pork chop. Look at that. I gotta cut a small bite because I can't do it. Somebody's like this. A little pepper on it. Little escape cumbia. Okay, guys. It's famous pork chop we're going to have now. Oh my god. Holy **** Now, I understand why they charge $45 but guys, you can make it at home for so much cheaper. It's not even funny. It is delicious, guys. Delicious. You don't have to go to a restaurant. You can make it at home for an eighth of the price. That's how I do it.

Smothered garlic pork chops
30min · 4 servings Smothered garlic pork chops • 4 pork chops • fresh garlic • 1 small onion • Fresh or dried rosemary • Half a stick of butter • 1 tablespoon of butter • 1/2 cup of chicken broth • 3/4-1/2 cup of heavy cream • Salt • Pepper Garlic powder How to - Season the pork chops to your liking, get a pan, add some oil and cook for about 3 minutes per side! Get a nice sear on them. Remove and set aside, add the butter, toss in your onions and let cook for a few minutes, add in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds! Sprinkle in the flour mix it very well, pour in the broth! Let that cook for 2 minutes, pour in the heavy cream, fresh rosemary and seasonings! Add back in the chops and cook for 5 minutes.
