Firecracker Shrimp with Sweet Chili Sauce -- Made these 1/12/12. Fantastic. I used precooked shrimp (all my store had) and they were a bit too done. Next time I will find raw shrimp. After cooking the first batch with tails, I ended up removing the tails and completely enclosing them in the wrappers. I also used wonton wrappers so I didn't need to cut them in half. Just folded in one corner, then the sides and rolled like a burrito.
