Taco cupcakes
1 lb Ground beef Taco seasoning 1 can Black beans 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 3 chopped Green onions 24 Wonton wrappers Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Cook the ground beef until browned. Drain. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook as needed. Remove from heat. Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, allowing the edges to extend over the sides. Layer each wonton w spoonful of taco meat, black beans, cheddar cheese, & green onions. Fold the edges of the wonton over the filling to create cupcake shape. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the wontons are golden. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes. Serve warm w toppings of salsa, sour cream & jalepeno.
