So here it is!♥️🫶🏻🥛 This turns out so creamy, so stable and so silky that you’ll love it. You can use it as a frosting for your cupcakes, frost your cakes with it or use it in any dessert, it will not disappoint! Recipe: Whipping cream: 200 g White chocolate: 30 g Secret tips⭐️ 1. I prefer you use non-dairy whipping creams as they are most stable in Indian weather. Dairy whipping creams are very expensive to source here in India and they are not very stable. Best brand of non-dairy whipping cream are Tropolite and Richs. 2. Your whipping cream package needs to be stored frozen at all times. When you want to use it, remo
Whitneys's Sweets co. on Instagram: "Buttercream fondant: 12 oz. Cold butter (I use butter that is just a little colder than room temperature) 5 cups of powdered sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla Pinch of salt Place your butter into your mixing bowl. Start mixing on a low-medium speed and slowly add your powdered sugar. Once all of your powdered sugar is added, add your salt and vanilla. Mix until it pulls away from the side of the bowl and forms a ball. Store in an airtight container, I place mine in the fridge and bring it to room temperature when I'm ready to use it ❤️ Let me know if you try it! #whitneyssweets #cake #howto #fondant #buttercream #smashcake #tutorial #howtocakeit #baking #smallbusinesses"

(You must be following me for this feature to work!) or you can always tap the link in my bio to go directly to it on ourbestbites.com. ➡️This frosting is my go-to for that light, whippy taste and consistency you sometimes only find on bakery cakes. You can use it on cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes. Also works great as a filling. It can also be used as more of a stabilized whipped cream and dollop on things like Trifles or strawberry shortcake. Important Notes - 1. temperature of butter is key, it should not be melted, it should’t be too cold, it should be pliable and room temp. Cutting butter into even sized cubes helps in them evenly heating and hence not melting. 2. Sift icing sugar twice before using in recipe 3.
