Nadya - Garlic Butter Beef Pasta in One Pot Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 12 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your choice) 1 tablespoon olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup beef broth 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons unsalted butter Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish) Directions: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks, about 6-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the pasta, making sure it's covered with the broth. Cook the pasta for about 10-12 minutes, or until al dente, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat to low. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce becomes creamy. Add the butter and stir until fully incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
