Ingredients: 8 oz linguine or spaghetti, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 lb lean ground beef, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp minced fresh ginger, ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce, ¼ cup hoisin sauce, ¼ cup beef broth, 2 tbsp brown sugar, ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional), 2 sliced green onions (garnish), sesame seeds (garnish). Instructions: Cook noodles until al dente; drain and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, hoisin, broth, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
