Here's a follow up from my post form earlier today.-While this isn't the only way to go about it one way you can do your leg days throughout the week are to have one day mainly focusing on quads and another day focusing on hamstrings.-IF you like to prioritise specific muscles in your workouts then this might be something you enjoy as you have each leg workout mainly emphasising one thing with the other parts of the leg still being included as well of course.
