If only it was this quick to make 😊 I’ve always been a massive fan of lettering mosaics so it’s been a real pleasure to finally make one. I’ve really admired the mosaic shop entrances in Dublin and Sligo. It was a regular fibre glass mesh I stuck the tiles to. The glue I used was regular wood glue, regular tile adhesive for sticking it down and silver grey tile grouting. Big thanks to @charlesperpoilwoodcraft for his help. Jen Buchheit on Instagram: "Cardboard Loom Woven Goldfish Purse 🐠 I love this orange yarn and thought it was the perfect color for a goldfish! Rosie and I wove the yarn into two goldfish and we put them together to make a fish purse! I cut notches along the top and bottom of a piece of cardboard cut into a fish shape. To make the loom, we wrapped yarn around each tab, pulling the yarn up and down. I cut a popsicle stick on one end, just enough to split the wood, to hold the yarn for weaving. Once you finish weaving, you can pull the cloth right off the loom and everything stays together! That moment sparked an idea—why not add a little frog to my clay mushrooms as well? I embedded a small magnet on the edge of the mushroom, allowing the frog to attach securely to the mushroom cap. Fábrica de Texturas on Instagram: "Transferencia en piedras 🗿🪲🐜 es posible, casi mágico y muy, pero que muy fácil 🙌🏽 os dejo aquí el paso a paso y los trucos: 1- piedra limpia y seca 2- añade una capa de mediun transfer; he usado el de nuestro kit DIY pero os vale cualquiera que sea al agua , el médium tapará los poros , deja secar 😉 3- recorta tu fotocopia láser y añade médium , pega inmediatamente 4 - presiona con amor ❤️ 5- deja secar lo que te indique el fabricante 6- retira con agua; yo uso un difusor y recuerda : húmedo pero no mojado 7- repite 2-3 veces hasta que quites todo el papel y deja secar 8- humedece por última vez y el TRUCO ; acaba con una capa de médium mientras esté húmedo , y listo!!!!!
