Easy and delicious roast tomato and whipped ricotta toasts, perfect for a quick snack or light meal. Ingredients: 2 slices of bread 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp balsamic glaze Fresh basil, chopped Salt and pepper 1 garlic clove, halved Instructions: Roast Tomatoes: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
