Back to old house content 🤭 Brookside Farm Museum in Niantic, Connecticut. This is an 1845 Greek Revival-style farmhouse. I’ve visited the grounds a couple of times, but yesterday was the first time I went while they were open. It was really cool getting to see inside the house! They also had live music going on (which I’ve shared in the second slide). I’ve also included some pictures from inside the museum! Description of item for sale: This beautiful buffet is from France and dates to the late 1800's or early 1900's.  It is Black Forest/Hunt style with lovely floral patterns.  It's made from oak finished to a medium/dark color.  This cabinet is in very good antique condition with only very minor nicks and scratches typical of 100+ years of gentle use.  The original stained/leaded glass is also undamaged.  As we do with all of our furniture, we finished it with a coat of antique grade paste wax that will maintain its beauty for years to come.  Dimensions: 96" high, 43.5" wide and 21" deep (front to back).
