yo yo yo! lets talk cardio. cardio is a tool that can be used for fat loss but its best when you include it in a plan that includes strength training & a calorie deficit! Now.. for the big question .. whats better? Well better is relative! I used to prefer HIIT bc I get bored easily but as of lately Ive realized 2 things: 1. HIIT severely spikes my appetite (and when youre in a fat loss phase thats no good!) 2. I actually enjoy going on long walks to clear my head and slow down.
