A small & rundown historical Cambridge villa was crying out for restoration! The brief called for the villa to be renovated in a way that was sympathetic to the original homes character whilst injecting all of the luxuries of modern day living. The villa & its’ site posed numerous challenges such as requirement for relocation of the original home, a protected tree on site and curious & concerned neighbours.
